The room was too big and the ceiling was too higher than normal. The quality of the furniture was poor,very limit and not suitable for big and famous hotel like Shiraton. If you want to take a shower,you will find either cold or very hot,hard to adjust.The view was excellent from balcony to swimming pool. The staff was helpfull. The food was excellent. It's easy to move from your room to any place in the resort as there is a transportaion every 5 mts.I recomend to look for other hotel with more facilities and comfortable by same price you pay for Sheraton Sharm....

I had a mixed reaction to this hotel. The property was unbelievable. It has a an excellent beach, the pools were fantastic and there were approx. 10 of them. The resort was truly beautiful.
The room on the other hand was a disappointment. The cleanliness was questionable. The shower temperature would randomly adjust itsels to be either cold or scorching hot, it was impossible to adjust it. The water ran yellow for a while before it cleared up. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. We stayed in the villa so it is on the ground floor, we welcomed a number of insects into our room.
The location was also another unfortunate element. If you only planned to stay on the resort it was perfect. But if you wanted to enjoy the night life in Naama Bay, where all the activity is the shuttle bus takes you twice a day at 4pm and 8pm, returning 6pm and 10pm. Naama Bay's nightlife doesn't actually get going until 11pm or midnight so you have to take a taxi back to the hotel.
This hotel is catered to all-inclusive guests. If you are not all-inclusive then this hotel is pretty isolated. It is a hike to the main road and there is a good chance there will be no taxis in the area.
