The hotel is made of 2 sections separated by a large but rather quiet street. The main section is on the beach but the other section has no access to the beach. It includes the sports center for tennis, squash, ice skating etc. But when you go to a place like Sharm El-Sheikh you are going essentially to stay on the beach with all the activities involved there. In order to go to the beach you have to take a shuttle bus provided by the hotel that moves every 10 minutes. We didn't know about that till we reached there. That was really a bad surprise! It was quite of a hassle because it meant that we had to travel back and forth to reach the beach! Apart from the front desk staff, other staff like waiters, housekeeping had very little knowledge of English. It was hard to communicate sometimes. On the positive side, the food was good, they provided a free shuttle bus to Naama Bay at a regular schedule to and from the hotel and that was very convenient. Also, there were several stores located just outside the hotel, including supermarket, pharmacy, marine equipment and several other things. That made life easier! It a great idea to spend a vacation in Sharm El-Sheikh, it's a fantastic place.

The hotel is very nice and when we arrived the reception offered us a free upgrade to a suit with 2 bedrooms and kitchen and living room!
