Rated #4 for all Luxor hotels
Great hotel we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were in stall clusters of chalets with small veranda. Good size and well furnished. Hotel had everything, pools, tennis courts, bicycle rentals even a mini-zoo. Staff were fantastic. Particularly the BBQ Buffet was great value for money. Rooms and hotel were spotless. Private island on the nile. Very quiet. No cars. Giant chess, table tennis, mini-zoo among others. The Infinity pool looks as if it flows into the nile. Great fun pool.
Just outside Luxor. A 5 minute ride to Luxor center or 15 min to the West bank.
Taxis readily available. Hotel...

A beautiful island hotel that serves as a great refuge from the all the haggling in Luxor. The hotel has an excellent pool with bar and food service, several good restaurants and an abundance of land for strolling around enjoying the excellent views of the Nile. The rooms are setup in clusters, bungalow style, around the island providing a truly relaxing environment. It's conveniently located only a couple minutes from town by taxi or hotel shuttle. The rooms were very clean and the staff was considerate and helpful.

There were 6 adults in our party. We had 3 double rooms/chalets located in Q area. which we found average. The staff were very friendly, efficient and accomodating. The main dining room was efficiient and the food in the other smaller restaurant was ok, however, the service was extremely slow.
There was no coffee/Tea facilities provided. We asked the reception staff and they arranged some for us. The bathroom.
We loved the idea of the fresh bread (bread oven). Whenever we think of the Jollie Ville we speak about the sunset concert...and the delightful lady at the bread oven. All the service was good with the exception of the smaller restaurant...slow! All good, with the exception of the small restaurant. Room service could have been better. Locaton excellent, a photo from one very memorable sunset concert...is on my computer wallpaper.

This hotel exceeded our expectations.
The position on the Island in the Nile gave us a feeling of peace and tranquility even though we were only a few minutes by taxi from Luxor.
The food was great ang there was plenty of choice.
The pools were first class.
The service excellent and we were never hassled for tips or to do things we did not want to do.
The public buildings and areas were furnished and decorated to a high standard; the bedrooms were not so impressive; though they were comfortable and spotlessly clean.
