We arrived at the hotel at 4.20 am in the morning as it was a midnight flight. We tried to check in (never thought it would be possible in the first place) as our booking only allowed us to check in at 2 pm that day. The hotel manager was kind enough to tell us that he will put us in a room when he finds an available room.
We were asked to sit at the lounge to wait. 2 hours later (6.30 am), we were politely woken up (fell asleep on the sofa) and were pleasantly told that our room was available!! We were ecstatic as we were extremely tired from the overnight flight. The room was beautiful an...

Arrival entrance has been blocked off making arrival at hotel difficult and therefore had to carry our own luggage up to the main entrance. We found the hotel quiet and we had a pleasant stay.

The location is good although not the nearest to the pyramids. We walked about 10 mins before we reached the pyramids. We felt very safe inside the hotel and all the staff (including those who made our beds & room) were very polite.
