The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. However, I wouldn't place this hotel as a 5 star hotel, 4 stars at most. The hotel is in a suburb making it very difficult to find public transportation, restaurants, shopping etc.. We had to rely on taxi cabs to get around. The room fridge was empty. Only one of the 3 restaurants was open. It would of been great to have a gift shop where we could at least get some water. The staff were very friendly. Not much choice for restaurant facilities. Just buffet style and expensive. Outside pool... Very cold this time of year. Suburb of Cairo. Very b...
