I travel a lot, and this is the very first time in 35 years that I am given a fold down sofa bed to sleep in.It was the worst night's sleep.I would have expected much better from the Hilton.Has nothing to do with Hotel Travel.com..they are always quite good...it's Hilton Hotels that are bad. Room awful, fold down bed, what a joke. He got me train tickets, which was helpful, but he added quite a hefty tip for his service...normal Hotels around the world give this service free.
