"This hotel was just perfect for our needs, Clean, lovely gardens, not too fussy, edible food, great pool, just ask for French coffee if you want ordinary, filtered coffee.Great shower, tv, king size bed, clean. Plenty of choice of restaurants, nice bar with entertainment, lovely pool, tennis, basketball, playground, gym.
Generally good, the odd misunderstanding because of language differences.
Good choice of food, no tummy upsets, great bar with Egyptian live music which got quite lively. No complaints, rooms cleaned every day to high standard.
Very suitable for families, no lifts so wheelchair-friendly, secure. If you want 5 star, silverservice, you wont get it, but if you want comfortable, air-conditioned rooms with relaxed guests & staff then you will. Wouldn't get a hostel for the price in Ireland. Far enough out of the city to be quiet and peaceful yet near enough to access every day if you wanted. Shuttle bus into city great and free but not very frequent. Car & driver available cheaply which was fun and safe. "

"MY BED WAS A FOLD OUT BUNK WITH A HUGE DIP IN IT. HOWEVER BECAUSE I WAS A DRUNK KIWI (AND DIDN'T SCORE) I WAS ABLE TO SLEEP LYING SIDEWAYS ON THE BED IN THE DIP OF THE BUNK QUITE COMFORTABLY. THE RECEPTION ALLOWED ME TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL EARLY AFTER ARRIVING AT 3 AM FROM BUDAPEST (WHICH WAS REALLY GOOD). THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE WHICH THE HOTEL HAD ARRANGED DIDN'T TURN UP SO IT PAYS TO PHONE THE DAY BEFORE TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT IT'S STILL COMING. Room CLEAN AND TIDY.
GOOD BARS, CLEAN FACILITIES. BAR STAFF PREPARED TO PROVIDE ANY ALCOHOLIC CONCOCTION REQUESTED. GOOD VALUE, REASONABLE PRICE (BUT THE SEAFOOD SOUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS IT TASTED LIKE TOMATO SOUP WITH A FEW CALAMARI RINGS THROWN IN). VERY HELPFULL STAFF ONCE YOU WERE THERE. GOOD POOL. IT WAS QUIET. CLOSE TO THE GIZA PYRAMIDS.
FREE REGULAR SHUTTLE BUS TO DOWNTOWN CAIRO (NEAR THE MUSEUM)
