The hotel itself was excellent. It was exceptionally clean. The service was a bit disorganized but the staff tried exceptionally hard to give good service.
We were given a room overlooking the pool. Shortly after settling in we received a call saying they apologized and didn't realize we were Gold members so we received an upgrade to a suite overlooking the golf course. It was very nice.
The downfall to this hotel is the distance to the city. It is quite far from the city and is a costly taxi ride to almost anywhere. They do offer a few shuttle services during the day that drop you t...
