The room was spacious with good views and the swimming pool was great. Good for a relaxing holiday but dont use the tour desk to book transport. The limo driver takes you to places you dont want to go to and charges too much. Use a taxi which you can catch from outside....

It was a very bad experience, I don't advise anyone to go there even in Sharm el Sheikh branch, the hotel's management and service are the same. 1st the restaurant is very dirty, the food is not up to the standard, after suffering for my first 5 days I requested to continue my vacation in the same hotel in Sharm they did not even get back to me after that I wrote a message to the manager but also no answer or apologies then I left 4 payed nights and went to another hotel.
