the standard room, is bad, when you first arrive to the hotel, the reception will assign you the worse room they have in the hotel,, they want you to complain so that they will offer you another room which looks at the sea for three times the price,, if you reject their offer, you must then continue to complain every hour untill they give you another standard room but at least it will be better than the first room,.you have to be ready with all surprises because of the night parties which they make on the pool, or in the night club, you may not be able to sleep for a few nights until you are lucky one day no party then you will be able to sleep. other than the room problem,, the hotel is clean the facilities are good, the food is good.

At the arrival, we found a guest having a problem with his room , it didn't affect my impression , what was really strange the lack of communication skills from the hotel staff, lack of customer service skills and unprofessionalism of the reception staff , they informed us that all internet reservation are not seaview (never mentioned on the website), we asked for two connected rooms on the website , the two rooms we got were 3 blocks away from each other (10 mins walk inside the hotel), we decide to leave one day early and to my surprise the hotel staff was not even curious to ask why we left 1 night before (although we paid for it and for the breakfast) they didn't even care to know if there is a problem with the rooms , services , staff,.....

Make sure you do not book a room anywhere near the nightclub which starts up at 10p.m at night and continues until 08:00 in the morning, so therefore there is not chance of a giid night's sleep.Breakfast was disgusting, offering things like rice pudding and blamange for a meal when one should be offered things like eggs and makon (substitute for bacon) and salads, not very conducive to a good meal. No cereals or decent fruit, no yoghurts etc.
