I arrived at 12 midnight after a 5 1/2 flight from Houston. Right as I walked out of customs, a hotel representative was waiting for me with my name on a board to take me to the hotel free of charge. When I arrived, despite the late hour, the staff greeted me in excellent english with smiles all around and a very warm welcome as if I was a return customer. The bellhop took me up to my room with my luggage and, despite the hour, took the time to show me all of the room amenities and explain to me the details of the buffet that was included with my room. It's an old hotel, especially the carpet. Some facilities like air condition was too noisy. In one night, the power was cut off a few times in the middle of the night. The Gym facilities is rather old, and crowded with equipments.

He even took the time to turn the satellite tv to the english speaking channels so I wouldn't have to hunt for them. The buffet was much more than I expected with a wonderful selection of juices, eggs, meats and various cereals and bread products.I was only there overnight for a next day flight to Baltra but I will definitely stay here again when I return.
