Breakfasts were good and staff friendly. Broadband was available for 24 hours for 50 DKK which seemed reasonable. Great location close to central railway station and not far to sites if you enjoy walking....

The location, several long blocks from the main train station, was very good. There were a number of good restaurants very close. Our room overlooked the rear courtyard and was quiet enough for sleeping. Our friends overlooked the main street and found it so noisy that they had trouble sleeping. quiet for us overlooking the rear courtyard, but too noisy for our companions who overlooked the main street. The room was clean but rather basic. The rug was more like a carpet pad and the beds were small and hard. The restaurant, where the included buffet breakfast was served, was bright and airy. Since it was on the top floor, it had wonderful views. The breakfast display consisted of cold cuts, cheeses, cold cereals, danish, breads and boiled eggs. It was certainly enough to prepare you for a day of sightseeing, but was not very exciting. The staff were attentive and kept all the selections available and the room clean. The receptionist was amazing. One of our party had a tooth ache and she was able to send him to a dentist right down the block who charged an appropriate fee, gave him his X-rays to show to his dentist in Germany and prescribed antibiotics which enabled him to enjoy his vacation. She also called us two cabs for our trip to the pier for our cruise and they arrived within 5 minutes. She was friendly and nice, as were all the people we met. We went on to an expensive cruise and chose the Ibis Copenhagen Crown because of its reasonable ptice and its proximity to the train station since we trained in from the airport. This was not a hotel we would have wanted to stay at for any length of time as it had no amenities, but, for the price and location, it served our purposes.
