The hotel location was good, we could easily reach the main attractions. We loved the size of the squad (4 persons room) it looked almost like a little live-in studio...we can not complain about breakfast, it was good enough...and the personal service and reception was not bad; what we liked at the first moment we stepped in the Hotel, is that the recepcionist (at least the one of that first night) was friendly and interested in showing us on the map where the main attractions were and how we could get there plus extra little information like train ticket fares, train lines...that we found...

The hotel location was good, we could easily reach the main attractions. We loved the size of the squad (4 persons room) it looked almost like a little live-in studio...we can not complain about breakfast, it was good enough...and the personal service and reception was not bad; what we liked at the first moment we stepped in the Hotel, is that the recepcionist (at least the one of that first night) was friendly and interested in showing us on the map where the main attractions were and how we could get there plus extra little information like train ticket fares, train lines...that we founded very helpful, since it was our first time in Prague, and we really didn´t have idea how or where to start from.. There was only one thing we founded to small or better to say, not big enough, and that was the `elevator `, it was a little hassel trying to fit everybody at once in it, since we had a Baby Carriage and a little boy... so we would have to make double trips, other than that, everything was ok...Thank you for your service, we will be pleased to recommend Hotel San Marco to friends and people who would like to visit Prague.
