Though most of the staff were friendly and attempted to do what they could with the resources available to them my experience at this hotel was 'poor'. When booking I asked for a child bed...the travel bed provided was covered in mould and the net was very soiled and stained. There were NO sheets on the bed for the baby and we arrived at after 3 in the morning. (the next day the housekeep attmepted to find a bed that was cleaner nb cleaner) There was blood on the pillow case on the double bed ...I could go on about the stains on the towels provided. The lights in my room were broken and the electrician apologised saying that the wiring was faulty (scary!) A bit of the wall fell off (Thankfully on my last day)The guest has to pay to get a television remote or is left with access to only one channel- though this did not bother me but may be of interest to some. I would not recommend this hotel for families and definitely NOT for young females travelling alone. The hotel is in a good location and with Major renovation and staff training it could be a nice place to stay.
