The most inconvenient elevators in the world. The last 12 years I do about 15 business trips on abroad per year and i visit more than 30 hotels per year. It's silly, incredible and totally unacceptable the fact that you can go either in the floor where your room is or in the lobby. 3-4 times during my stay, I had some heavy things to be carried to my colleagues room and I could not use the elevator since my room was located in another floor!!! My possibilities were either to torture myself on steps or to wait for an available porter. Silly....

Very well acceptable the free internet connection in the lobby and inside the hotel's restaurant which allowed me to be in contact with my office but totally unacceptable the claim to pay 10 Euros to do the same from my room.

Having stayed in various 5 star hotels, this does not meet the normal expected standards of a 5 start hotel and we were very dissapointed with our room considering the money we had paid out. The rooms are small and dated in decor, the prices for food and drinks are very high for low quality food and do not accomodate children with food offerings or prices ( we paid the equivalent of £25 per child for the buffet dinner and they only ate one small plate of pizza : they are aged 5 and 6) - needless to say we only ate in the hotel once!
I would not return to this hotel, as having looked at the two hotels situated next door, the quality is the same, the entertainment is better but the hotel prices are cheaper!
