The bar area and view from the upstairs restaurants were very nice. The food was the worst that I've ever had but it seems to be a trend for Havana and not just this hotel. I left an envelope with money in it for a friend to pick up and when he did, the money was gone and the envelope was open.
Aside from that incident, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions on places to visit during my stay.
