Our Feb 2008 was our second at this hotel. Considering the effects of the hurricanes and current economic situation, the food and services had actually improved somewhat, in the buffet, which is good value. But I missed the toaster. Beds not very comfy and DON"T take a room on 10th floor unless you are well away and not under the 11th Floor Piano Bar. Otherwise the noise of chairs and pianos being moved will keep you awake until 02.30! Proximity to the supermarket and the tourist bus stop into the old city are both pluses. Pool is good and so lack of a beach not a problem - it is a suburban hotel after all. We will return.
