The Laguna Hotel is a simple, neat, tidy and clean hotel with helpful front desk staff. As my friends and I arrived in Zagreb with no luggage they helped us contact the operator so we could reverse charge calls to Australia and also allowed us to use their phone for local calls at no cost. They also gave us easy directions for getting to the main shopping centre (so we could buy some clothes and toiletries).We also had breakfast included and it was the best continental breakfast I had in Europe.The only downside to this hotel was that it was a little far from the airport and old town but the t...
