The staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate our need for an early check in. The day we arrived, the hot water was turned off between 9AM and 5PM, so my request for the usual half-day fee for early arrival waiver was honored. The concierge helped us with a recommendation for a good local hot-pot restaurant. We were the only westerners in the restaurant, but their wait staff showed us what to do with the various hot pot ingredients. An excellent recommendation.
