The staff did not speak as much english as I should have liked and the concierge kept trying to sell me a tour when I asked a question about getting someplace via public transportation (bus). Overall the hotel was pretty well situated and I would definitely return.

Bathroom was micro in size - otherwise fine. Very nice staff in cafe 21 - especially trainee.
