I spent 21 days in China for vacation recently, stayed at all 4 stars and 5 stars hotels. This is the hotel I like most. The staff are extraordinary friendly and service is excellent. I strongly recommends this hotel.

Great hotel just inside the wall of Xian. Rooms / bedrooms were neat and clean. Close to everything plus friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. Easy to obtain a taxi using the meter, also the day car rates even though pricier than a taxi allowed us to travel around to places we wished to visit. The drivers were extremely helpful

The room smelled like kerosene and left that scent on our clothing as well. The hotel turns on the heat full blast so you have to turn off the A/C to be comfortable. However, the staff did try their best to accommodate our requests.

We were given 2 twin beds, not a queen, our room was cleaned really late one day, there was a mix up if we paid for breakfast or if it was pre-paid, wish concierge spoke a little better English, clean hotel though and quiet
