The general quality of this hotel is very good. My only observation about the room is the carpet is due for a good clean and water leaks over the floor from the bath when showering because the bath has not been installed properly(but this is not unusual for a lot of hotels)The hotel environment is excellent, beautiful gardens and very quiet and peaceful. The only down-side is the hotel is a good 30mins walk from the Bell Tower or a 7RMB Taxi ride. The Buffet breakfast was excellent and I noted a concerted effort by the staff to provide good quality service across the board. Also noted management making inspections of the breakfast area and issuing advice to the staff on presentation and service. Definitely worth staying at this hotel.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in in China. Beds were very comfortable which is quite a luxury in China, rooms were very tastefully furnished and staff were fabulous. Nice to be able to dine in other Accor hotels in complex. A very nice experience. Thank You
