I was encountered some problem during check out time which they insist me to pay them full amount for the 2 days stayed. I booked the room through Travel Hotel and it being paid off and I present my print out voucher during check in but the voucher couldn't be found during check out time. I believe it has misplace but the counter staff insist that i did not present to them during check in time. This is ridiculous! I wonder how they know that I'm booking through Hoteltravel if they do not see my voucher... i requested the staff to make a call but he say no way because it is hard to contact them....is this an excuse? Insisting me to pay again. How could I pay twice ? Finally, I have reprint out the voucher at the business center and the problem solved.
I'm not blaming anyone...my advise is to train the Front desk staff to be more polite and friendly way to give a helping hand. Never say that we did not pay to the hotel...it make us look embarassed. We have certainly done the payment at our home here before we travel.
Pls ensure that staff do not misplace customer check in documents. This will help to process faster because most guests are rushing to the Airport. Pls take note.
Overall, I have a pleasant stay in this hotel.
