hotel front office staff was customer centric while telephone operators were not. Not able to provide information to guest such as airport transfers and the most appropriate time to leave for the airport to catch a flight out.
Air-con temperature adjustment is so difficult. Would suggest a simplier way for guest to adjust the room temperature. Currently, have to wait for a long time for the temperature to be adjusted to the one selected.
Should provide free shuttle service to shopping areas since the surroundings do not support any shopping and entertainment centres.
