My only disappointment was that the staff could not solve my internet problems resulting in having to use the hotel business centre rather than internet in room. I stayed at a similar hotel in Guangzhou where computers were provided in room. I would certainly stay here again.

It was close to the LoWu commercial shopping centre. Since it was our main reason for visiting Shenzhen, it was perfect although we were warned that the road leading to the shopping centre may be unsafe due to problems experienced by other visitors. However, we were fortunate and did not have any problems.

the location and room of the hotel were nice and the location of the hotel was very convenient, but as most hotels in china, there was difficulty in communicating with the hotel staffs because most of them did not speak english. therefore, the hotel is not really convenient for non-chinese speakers.

We were satisfied with all aspects of our stay. There was a mix up at check-in but the staff gave us an upgrade!
