My only disappointment was that the staff could not solve my internet problems resulting in having to use the hotel business centre rather than internet in room. I stayed at a similar hotel in Guangzhou where computers were provided in room.

The hotel is geographically located and the shopping centres are conveniently accessed. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Service is good in the sense that the sevices were delivered promptly. It was indeed a pleasure in staying at Central Plaza Hotel. I would definitely recommend the Hotel to all my friends who wishes to visit Shen Zhen. I have already recommended this Hotel to some of my friends and they will be making a booking to stay at Central Plaza Hotel sometime in December.

It is as I have expected as I have stayed at this hotel at least once a year for more than 10 years.The most attractive facility of the hotel is the Chinese restaurant, Laurel, where the Dim Sum is excellent.I noticed of late it has become very popular with Indonesian tour groups.

I will stay this hotel again because all the receptionists are really friendly with smiling faces all the times. Room is very clean and location is very near to Luohu station . All the shopping arcades are near by where we can buy all the things we need. No hesitation to recommend to my friends and relatives using Hoteltravel.com

It was close to the LoWu commercial shopping centre. Since it was our main reason for visiting Shenzhen, it was perfect although we were warned that the road leading to the shopping centre may be unsafe due to problems experienced by other visitors. However, we were fortunate and did not have any problems.

the location and room of the hotel were nice and the location of the hotel was very convenient, but as most hotels in china, there was difficulty in communicating with the hotel staffs because most of them did not speak english. therefore, the hotel is not really convenient for non-chinese speakers.
