My check out was not handled well. I think he did not understand what i said. I had to spend some agonising moments trying to convince you not to charge extra though i asked for a check out by 12 30 pm. I had to speak to many people before this issue was resolved.

This hotel is one of the best value for money hotels we haveever stayed at, it is in walking distance from all railway stations either for Hong Kong and China domestic and local subway. More importantly it is the closet hotel to the main shopping complex at Shenzhen.

I've requested for a non-smoking double bed room but when I arrived at the hotel, the reception told me that all the non-smoking double bedded room were taken up. In the end, they given me a room with a queen size bed.

I consider Best Western Felicity MY hotel whenever I need to stay in Shenzhen. Good provisions, layout, clean, etc. Very accessible to most places and service travellers need.

Very good and clean hotel at strategic location , right before Shenzen Railway Station (only 5 minute walk if you come from Guangzhou). Yet, for those who will use KCR to Hongkong, particularly elderly may require free shuttle bus, because they must climb up a bridge
