Location very good and near by Lowu, just walked by crossing bridge at
Lowu railway satation a distance to Lowu shopping centre, and many restaurants.
Receptionist very helpful, room is large and free wireless very happy for me.
This is my second stayed at this hotel.

My check out was not handled well. I think he did not understand what i said. I had to spend some agonising moments trying to convince you not to charge extra though i asked for a check out by 12 30 pm. I had to speak to many people before this issue was resolved.

I've requested for a non-smoking double bed room but when I arrived at the hotel, the reception told me that all the non-smoking double bedded room were taken up. In the end, they given me a room with a queen size bed.

Very good and clean hotel at strategic location , right before Shenzen Railway Station (only 5 minute walk if you come from Guangzhou). Yet, for those who will use KCR to Hongkong, particularly elderly may require free shuttle bus, because they must climb up a bridge
