"This hotel was lovely compared to many I have stayed in around the world. It was in fact like an apartment, with beautiful furnishings. Staff were extremely helpful although communicating in English was sometimes tricky. The only downside was location. To get to shops, train or ferry you really did need to take taxis which were always readily available. However, in spite of location, I would stay there again. A lovely surprise for a city that we knew little about, except for the fantastic shopping!"
