We loved the main restaurant, Stage, especially for Sunday Brunch. The brunch had live classical and opera music and dance performances by local artists. It was also good to hear a live Latin band in the hotel bar. Our room confirmation did not specify whether we had one or two beds; we wanted one bed but ended up with two twin beds. Some of the bathroom fixtures were not working perfectly. The Concierge Desk could use more resources. We asked the desk for the address to a local club and they were not able to look it up. Beautiful hotel with excellent rooms - great location for site seeing. Well appointed rooms - beds are wonderful. The Spa and restaurants are expensive. Staff are pleasant. No problems with service - just not outstanding which it should be for a 5 star hotel. Close to the Bundt and easy for getting around.

Rooms are beautiful -- as is most of the hotel. Breakfasts are wonderful -- if pricey. Room service is good, though more top quality Chinese food should be offered. Pool fantastic. Great for business and leisure.

Their English ability seemed limited at times. The restaurant manager, Frank, was actually extremely helpful in referring some local places to us. We found a very nice jazz club (CJW) with a great city view on the top floor of the Bund Center in the next building. Too bad the hotel did not have any information to suggest this place to its guests. We spent several nights going out looking for nice clubs and didn't know this one was just next door.
