after a long flight ot Shanghai, we were told that the interal booking was not the same as the PDF vorch. we were asked tofix it ourselves. finally we were allow to check in and our booking was honored the next day. the 7 day staying, no sheets have been replaced and the floor have not clearned once. the business center charged me one page for 10 Chinese dollars for print out and the poster office service was three times higher than normal. the breakfast was the same almost everyday. don't loss your key otherwise pay 50 dollars for it.make sure your booking online is honered or you will have problems afterwards.

The facilities were good in this hotel, however we found dealing with staff there extremely difficult. A lot of the staff could not speak basic english and could not provide details of where to find things such as an automatic transaction machine (ATM) or a local travel agent.
