This was my 4th stay at the hotel in 8 weeks and each visit has been truly excellent, the staff are extremely welcoming and attentive, the rooms are superb and the location is great, the hotel is attached to the Cloud Nine shopping centre which also has a subway station giving easy and quick access to all parts of Shanghai.
I cannot rate this hotel high enough and now consider it as the only hotel for me in Shanghai....

Superb Location with Metro and Shopping Mall attached next to the Hotel. Metro to the city Maglev at LongYang Station is less than 30 mins, then 8 mins by Maglev to the airport..

The Hotel is built above a shopping center with some great shops restaurants and 1 level brlow the shopping centre is the subway station so the whole of Shanghai is so easy accessable.I found the Hotel and its location excellent and will certainly be staying there on my next visit.
