room lightings are very poorly lit up. bed sheets not change daily.some concierge staff not very friendly and not able to advice on some tourist attractions especially those working day shifts. there is one guy that gives me very good suggestions for travelling to zhu jia jiao and he works on the nite shift during may 8-10 period but i have forgotten his name.

Hotel located in a very good position. We had problem with noisy neighbours and the staff didn't solve our problem.The wireless sistem for the pc , in the room, is too slow.Sometime a smile on a face of the hotel staff it 'll be really appreciated.

The room size was too cramped, wish provide computers in the deluxe rooms for accessing the internet like in Singapore Hotels, apart from that we enjoyed the hospitality very much and also because it was in the shopping precinct
