I am a frequent traveler due to my type of work. This hotel and its personnel were out of their way to help in all reservations and needs. We visited the city for the Special Olympic Event. Every day the concierge, manager and assistent mananager made sure that everything was in order. The room were excellent and supplied all our needs. Refrigerator, coffee maker,ironing utilities, among others. We felt comfortable and secure with the taxis and tours arrangements made at the hotel. Thank you! I highly recommend this hotel...

Construction in the common areas that was not known about until arrival was a real problem. I had candidates to interview and had to make arrangements to do it outside of the hotel as we could not meet anywhere other than my room, which I was not willing to do. The room was fine. Good size, clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was not good. Faded and dirty table linens, inattentive restaurant staff. A mere attempt at a real buffet.
