I would rate this hotel as a good 3.5 star. The staff were helpful and eager to please. Some staff spoke english better than others but all made the effort. Very clean and reasonably priced, excellent breakfast. Located at the edge of the French Concession area. I would definitely stay there again....

This hotel does not have the extras that few of us have the time to use e.g. gym, pool etc - but this is the place to stay for value for money and location. Rooms are well furnished, good bathrooms, subway station next door, shops and restaurants all around- walking distance to Xintiandi. All staff understood our English. Will definitely stay there again.
