great location: walking distance to the bund, nanjing pedestrian area, people's square & xintiandi. the breakfast buffet is quite good. the rmb99 all-you-can-eat dim sum lunch at the chinese restaurant is a good deal. service is good on average, but the furniture & fixtures in the room look a bit worn out. i'd agree that this property somehow lacks the attention to details that comes with the jw marriott brand name....
