Hi, first of all the hotel staff is unfrendily when i check in, and i wonder why isit always mistake when i check in i book for 2 rooms and they only show 1. and always does not reflexs what i have requested.

The hotel is centrally located, but the customer service is lacking. The hotel staff barely spoke any English and were not very helpful in general. The room was in the back with no view and the AC gave off a constant buzzing noise. If I were to visit Shanghai I again, I would rather stay at a nicer hotel at a less central location, since the subway system is excellent and there are taxis abound.
