When we arrived at the hotel. They did cancel our reservation because we arrived to Shanghai one day later. We explained to them the the reservations has already been paid for. Finally after 1 hour, they where able to resolve the situation and were able to get our rooms....

Excellent Hotel, the room was spacious and had nearly everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the majority spoke english.
The only downside was it is a considerable distance from Shanghai CBD, and the subway was about 15mins away by taxi. There are a few shops nearby are definitely worth a visit, good restaurants and shops.
Definitely would recommend the hotel, if you're not too bothered by the extra distance you may need to travel to Shanghai CBD
