The hotel was exceptionally clean, room was lovely and location was perfect. Close to Nanjing Rd. pedestrian mall, People's Square, museums, etc. Starbucks across the street for a quick breakfast. I ate in the hotel western restaurant twice and food was good. The dinner buffet was excellent. Taxis were readily available and hotel staff was helpful. I would definitely stay here again....

I have stayed at this hotel twice. In both occasions, our stay was handled professionally and without problems. The rooms are not as big as you may expect, but the rate is lower than other 5-star hotels in the area and rooms are clean, so you get what you pay for. The biggest plus about this hotel is the excellent location.

The location is great and I feel safe across from the Police Station. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, not only the food, but the service.

Very friendly staff. Adjacent to Nanjing Road. Fairly close to subway line. Many of the attractions in Shanghai in easy walking distance. Good taxi availability. Prices are western, not Chinese. However, quite reasonable for a large city.

Hotel was great, in a great location and rooms excellent. Found the business centre staff very unhelpful with accommodating our needs for meeting rooms. Thought their charges for meeting rooms were very much over the top.
