The stuff at this hotel disrigarded reservation and tryed to down sized our accomodation in a very unproffesional way, tryed to give us accomodation below the price that was reserved and paid for. unfriendly, exept for a bell boy -who was very polite, helpfull and only one proffesional person there. Room was nice and comfortable, but the first immpression onf the way stuff behavied made me wonder if this is a hotel or bussines of selling low price accomodation for the higher money that was paid for.
