One major problem is the language barrier inasmuch that the front desk / staff have very little knowledge of english. Despite this, over-all we find the hotel room and the facilities to be acceptable for me and my husband. The hotel is close to the MTR station and is within a major commercial / shopping district. Its higly recommendable if not for the hotel personnel.The room is clean and the basic amnenities are made available for the guests. We had a very good view of the Pudong business district. The lobby looks a bit shabby. They could have made it more inviting. Though the hotel is strategically related. Its near a MTR station and it is near the commercial / shopping area. Hotel personnel has great limitation because of poor knowledge of english. There is a language barrier.

They try to be attentive even though they know little english. Some looks shabby.Convenient and highly accessible. Rooms are clean and generally acceptable.

No european breakfast, few employee speak english, no international TV, the good point is internet in business bedroom, room service : do not forget to put your plate out of the bedroom when you finish or they will wake you up in the middle of the night!
