While staff were friendly and the hotel was well run, their lack of English prevented them from being proactive in offering support (e.g. luggage transport to the taxis/buses in/out of the pedestrianised town centre (we had to push on this);no tourism packages or advice). Breakfast menu was very limited - white bread, high carb, high fat stuff. Apart from the arrival/departure difficulties with luggage, hotel is ideally placed in the town centre. Superb architectural style as well.
