During my stay, a travel alarm clock was stolen from my room. While it was not expensive it proved inconvenient. I suspect that while the room was open for cleaning, some other person, probably a guest went inside and took it while the cleaner was briefly elsewhere. There was a fault in the room's central electrical control system that caused the TV to turn off or to disable the TV's controls every 15 minutes or so. The fault occurred after an electrical flash in the room's foyer area. The hotel's currency exchange system was inconvenient. On one occasion it was closed between 1200 and 1600. When I returned at 1615 it was still closed and, after I complained, it opened afer a further 15 minutes.
