The hotel is very conveniently located within a few minutes' walk to West Lake and the shopping area. Although I requested for a non-smoking room, the non-smoking floor was apparently under renovation, but I was alloted a room that did not smell of tobacco and that was not a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly use this hotel again if I return to Hangzhou, where indeed fulfils its claim to being the most beautiful city in China. ...
