Public toilet at the lobby was very dirty 3 star hotel here in Thailand much cleaner, the room we stayed on 14th floor no hair dryer. Staff seems to be friendly even they cannot speak English. I gave the rate not more than 3 stars but for sure not 4 stars as per your advetising.
