Charging 100 Yuan for internet and 41 yuan for a small coffee was a bit much!!!

We reserved a room for two, but happened to end up with three.. the hotel staff asked me to sign the form for requesting an extra bed ( the mattress was so loose that we didn't even sleep on it), but didn't tell me there's an extra charge of 207 RMB until the next day I checked out..

Hotel is located in quiet, scenic location, but a little far from major shopping and entertainment areas. Good facilities and restaurants, excellent staff. Hotel charges for some facilities such the Health Club.

It has a fabulous location and is a very professionally run hotel, with efficient and friendly staff

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, a well located hotel for leisure travellers - we had a memorable stay. A small thing - We booked on the internet, and didnt realise we could/should book the airport transport at that time.

An outstanding hotel in almost all respects, but surprisingly deficient in tourism assistance. A delightful aspect was the presence of so many adopted babies with their proud new parents.
