Westin really raises expectations so i was disappointed when 3 times the staff underperformed. Put in a smoking room when i explicitly requested non-smoking at check-in; in latin restaurant they brought main dish 1 minute after bringing appetizer then asked me what they should do with it. brought it back to me 20 minutes later stone COLD! made them prepare a fresh one. Waited 15 minutes for a glass of wine.... and i was sitting at bar with only 4 other patrons. requested taxi to location and door man told me to take the metro... started arguing with me that i should take the metro!...
