Hotel was newly refurbished. I think we were the first people to use the room and it's facilities. The location was brilliant with a subway station at the door and also close to Tienanmen Square. Facilities were pretty basic - no cable TV, no hotel directory in room, four teabags for our 9 day stay, no spoons, no pool or bar. Front desk staff were pretty ordinary with not much English. Beds were hard but we asked for extra duvets to put under us and were given those willingly. One man made our stay perfect. He recommended drivers, massages etc to us and found us cutlery to have in our room! H...
