Absolute luxury. This hotel was one of the most beautifully appointed hotels I have stayed in. Decor of rooms and hotel generally were superior and had a perfect ambiance. Staff throughout the hotel were wonderful - accommodating, very quick to respond to requests and always eager and happy to help, friendly and pleasant beyond what would be normally expected. IT staff were despatched immediately when I had a problem with my computer, hotel staff responded immediately and pleasantly to requests for additional tea bags or special pillows for example.The food was first class, the most amazing b...

I had the best experience at this hotel. The conceirge service was superb. The breakfast buffet was comparable if not better than the wynn hotel at las vegas! I had an excellent time. I suggest anyone who's coming to beijing to stay at this hotel I know i will stay at this hotel when I visit Shanghai!

Very clean and the items are almost new. Kudos to your room service staffs.Pool side and gym were ok but not very cozy though. Bellhoppers were ok except for one guy in the concierge when I asked help he didn't seem to have concern but just gave me an answer for the sake of giving an answer. He does not give quality customer service .Perfectly clean and well- maintained

IT staff were despatched immediately when I had a problem with my computer, hotel staff responded immediately and pleasantly to requests for additional tea bags or special pillows for example.The food was first class, the most amazing breakfast I have ever seen with fresh, home made and a huge variety of things to choose from.Your napkin was straightened each time you left the table and coffee was always on offing. Great gym and helpful staff who were eager to assist - water, fresh fruit, earphones for TV, towels and information on machines. The hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and business - subway station and local buses directly out the front of hotel and taxis always waiting. It was overall a perfect experience.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is convenient for subway transport, the rooms are deluxe, the breakfast selection is excellent, the concierge service is fantastic, the gym and pool are great and there's a giant supermarket next door for miscellaneous items. Remember to bring your laptop as wifi is free
