According to website the hotel is supposed to have an airport shuttle. The shuttle stop was impossible to find and when I called the hotel to get some help I was told that the shuttle was done for the night, even tho it was earlier than it states on the website, and that I would have to pay for a taxi to the hotel. The shuttle was oneof the main reasons I chose this hotel. Also, for the money, it was a very average hotel. Either up the quality and cleanliness of the areas ouside of the rooms or lower the price. I will not stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Nearly airport and good comunication with bus, frindly personal. But breakfast was not good becuse it was split up for Asian people and western people. I like more the Asian food and was refer to western breakfast and the breakfast was teribel, frightful.

No clear courtesey bus at airport-resulted in 1 hour wait , eventually rip off private "taxi" . No help with bags- 45 minutes to check in. Room was last decorated in the 70s. Suggest sleeping in airport is less stressful.

People in the Mongolian room were great! Hotel needs a remodel
